From the outset, Susana has been fascinated with color. She experiments with techniques and new materials, bringing a rigor and a sense of chromatic scale to her work.

She aspires to create a phantasmagoria of color into which the spectator can project his/herself and continue his/her own existential search. Throughout much of her career, she has been involved in encouraging creativity with children and disabled people and this interaction has augmented her creativity, lending it vigor and vitality.
